For lovers of food the Langhe region are well known for the famous delicacy the white truffle , amazing cheeses such as the world famous Gorganzola and Fontina, salami, and Piemontese specialities such as Bagna Cauda and Tajarin and of course the world famous wine! We’ve got a range of activites that will enable you to get the most out of this amazing foodie paradise!
Week long gastronomic tours

This program allows participants to become intimately involved with cooking traditions and food and wine production in the Piemonte and Liguria region. From truffles, wine and hazelnuts to cheese, pasta and conserves, this package enables you to enter the kitchens and embrace the culture of this foodie paradise! We offer two tours a year taking advantage of the seasonality of the produce in the area. If a week is too long we offer a range of long weekend options based around some unique gastronomic events such as the white truffle festival. read more
Wine tours

For lovers of wine the name Barolo will be familiar as it is the most prestigious wine produced in Italy and well known throughout the world as the “Wine of Kings and the King of wines”. But Barolo is just one of the amazing and world famous wines produced in this area. We offer a range of tours from day tours, long weekends to full immersion week long tours in which you’ll not just visit cellar doors, oh no this is about getting into the vineyards, meeting the winemakers, seeing the process and of course then tasting, understanding and appreciating the wine. read more
Cooking classes

Want to learn to cook with the most experienced people in this area…no we are not talking about chefs but the nonna’s! Yes we can take you into the kitchen of the head of the Italian kitchens and learn the true art of making Piemontese specialties such as tajarin, bagna Cauda and nocciola torte. Why not take the opportunity to learn some Italian at the same time, we’ll cook in the morning all the while chatting in Italian ( and english if it gets too hard!), then we’ll sit down to eat like one big Italian family ! read more
